Dan's Valet Service runs on trust. We believe trustworthiness goes a long way! We require all customers to be truthful about the state of any vehicle we schedule to be cleaned. Any excessive soiling Will Also be an extra Charge!
If a vehicle is mouldy on arrival with no pre-warning, we will charge an extra premium of £200 due to the extra implications and PPE costs. Mould removal is Very Hazardous to everyone's Health and wellbeing, and all precautions must be followed.
We require the use of a customer's water and power, and we request that it is easy to access and use, as time is Money!
Cancellations:
We understand that the world around us is going at a million miles an hour! If you need to reschedule, get in touch as soon as possible to avoid any charges for loss of earnings!
Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge until 3 days before. We can charge up to 50% of our Estimate for loss of Earnings, and we will charge 100% on the day.
We do not need to give any advance notice for any Scheduled Appointment, as there may be factors out of our control. We will get you in as soon as possible.
Weather:
We have the Joys of working through all 4 Seasons of the Great British Weather! Bringing a multitude of different Challenges as the seasons change. We are quite Happy to work through the Weather as we have the option of using a pop-up gazebo. However, this also has its limitations due to not being a viable solution on a windy, stormy day, etc.
